1. I hereby warrant, guarantee and confirm that I have notified the Referee(s) in writing that:
a) I will provide the referee’s name(s) and contact number(s) and/or email(s) to Sino Group for the purpose of enabling Sino Group to introduce Sino Group’s office properties and handle the office leasing application procedures and the related matters to the referee(s);
b) I understand that I should not provide the referee’s personal data to Sino Group unless I have received the referee’s written consent; and
2. I hereby warrant, guarantee and confirm that I have obtained consent from the referee(s) on my provision of the referee’s name(s) and contact number(s) and/or email(s) to Sino Group for the purpose of enabling Sino Group to introduce Sino Group’s office properties and handle the office leasing application procedures and the related matters to the referee(s); and
3. I have also provided the means/ channels to the referee(s) through which the referee(s) may communicate their consent at no charge to my intended provision of their personal data to Sino Group; and
4. I hereby warrant, guarantee and confirm that all the details, particulars and information to be furnished by me especially with respect to the referee(s) including their personal data shall be given and deemed to be provided and given by me with the consent of (which said consent has been obtained from) the referee(s) who has/have been explicitly informed by me as to the purpose of the collection and transfer of the personal data herein for performing the tasks under the context herein specified. I hereby further warrant, guarantee and confirm that the referee(s) has/have been expressly informed of the purpose for the collection of the personal data and that the disclosure and transfer of the personal data of the referee(s) by me shall in all respects be valid, lawful and binding on the referee(s).

Terms and Conditions

The “Referral Bonus Programme” (“Programme”) is applicable to the selected Sino properties, for details please contact our leasing representative at +852 8207 7988.
The referrer must be a current owner or tenant of any of Sino Group’s properties or a Sino Club member.
The referrer who successfully refers a referee to enter into a leasing agreement with a lease term of not less than 14 months (minimum) in respect of the selected Sino Property would be entitled to receive a Referral Bonus under the Programme. Referral Bonus shall be 50% of the monthly net rent cash bonus (up to HK$50,000). The monthly net rent does not include management fees, government rates, government rent, car parking spaces and other allowance or subsidies provided by the landlord.
A duly completed Referral Bonus Application Form signed by both the referrer and the referee (tenant) must be submitted through the referee together with the leasing agreement in order to be eligible to participate in the Programme. The Application Form once submitted cannot be amended or changed.
The Referral Bonus shall be payable to the referrer only upon successful execution of the relevant binding leasing agreement and completion of all formalities and procedures thereunder as stated in item 4.
The referrer must not be any staff of Sino Group, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.
The Programme is not applicable to transactions referred by property agents. Any participant of the Programme is advised not to carry out any estate agency work in the course of business without license during the participation process; otherwise, the participant may violate the Estate Agents Ordinance. Sino Club, Sino Group and its relevant subsidiaries accept no responsibilities arising from matters in relation to the Referral Bonus Programme.
The Programme is not applicable to renewal of leasing agreement.
The Programme is subject to specific terms and conditions set out in the Referral Bonus Application Form.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Sino Club, Sino Group and its relevant subsidiaries shall be final and conclusive.
Sino Club, Sino Group and their relevant subsidiaries shall have absolute right to cease the Programme or to amend any terms and conditions of the Programme at any time without prior notice.
The Programme cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotional offers.
The bonus cannot be redeemed for other products and services.
